Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aladin SEO (accessible at aladinseo.in), we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, social media management, and web development services. Because our work involves custom strategy, creative design, and dedicated labor, this policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and project cancellations.

1. Monthly Social Media Management & Retainers

For ongoing monthly management services (including Facebook & Instagram account growth, content creation, and strategy):

• Advance Payments: Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. Once work on content calendars, graphic design, or account management has commenced for the month, retainer fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations: Clients may cancel their monthly retainer at any time by providing a 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
• Unused Days: Partial refunds are not issued for unused days remaining in an active billing cycle after cancellation.

2. Web Design & Development Services

For custom website development and design packages:

• Initial Deposit: The initial deposit/advance payment covers administrative setup, research, and design mockups, and is non-refundable once design work has started.
• Cancellation Before Delivery: If a project is cancelled prior to final launch but after major development has taken place, any remaining milestone balance will be waived, but previous deposits will be retained to cover labor costs.
• Completed Work: No refunds are issued once the website files, design assets, or site transfer have been delivered or launched live.

3. Paid Ads Management (Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads)

• Management Fees: Agency service fees for setting up and optimizing ad campaigns are non-refundable once campaigns have been configured and launched.
• Ad Budget: Your ad spend budget is paid directly to advertising platforms (like Meta or Google). Aladin SEO does not hold or refund third-party ad budgets; any balance refunds must be requested directly from the respective ad platform.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A partial or full refund may be evaluated under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payments made inadvertently due to a technical error during online checkout.
• If a service contract is cancelled before any work, strategy setup, or account onboarding has been initiated by our team.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Card) within 7–10 business days after official confirmation from our finance department.
